In particular, the comment says that the document is evidenced by European unity and solidarity in condemning the illegal, unproved and unjustified aggressive war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine also welcomed the emphasis of the resolution on the creation of a comprehensive compensation mechanism and a special tribunal for the crime of aggression against Ukraine: the guilty of war crimes and human rights violations should be held accountable.

The Foreign Ministry emphasized the need to restore the comprehensive, fair and sustainable world, based on respect for the territorial integrity of Ukraine within the international recognized boundaries.
