WBO ordered Teofimo Lopez to meet with the winner of the battle between Jack Cattirall and Arnold Barbosoy. They will converge in the ring on February 15, reports Boxingscene.

The fighter of the belt with a temporary champion in the first welterweight should take place within 180 days. Earlier, Lopez planned in the spring to meet with Puerto Rikantz Sabriel Matias. However, at the last moment the deal fell due to the financial appetites of the American boxer.

Star promoter Bob Arum spoke about the negotiations of Lopez with the Arabian functionary of the Turks Al-Ash-Shekhom. He allegedly was going to organize three fights for WBO champion at once.
