In Ukraine, from the beginning of a full -scale war, mobilization has been continuing, during which military liable citizens are being called to the service. In some cases, Ukrainians can get a delay from mobilization.

At the same time, it is worth considering that already in February, certain categories of military liability can lose the right to deferral if certain requirements are not fulfilled. This is stated in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No.? 1332 of November 22, 2024.

The Decree of the Ukrainian Government says that enterprises recognized as critical for the state economy and security should confirm their status until February 28, 2025. This is necessary that such enterprises have the opportunity to book from the mobilization of their employees.

Until February 28, enterprises must reissue the reservation of their employees according to the new rules. Otherwise, delayed previously issued, may lose their strength.

In order to receive a deferment of a military person, a liable citizen must contact the territorial center of the acquisition, submit an appropriate application and submit documents confirming the right to deferral. In some cases, the delay can be issued through the mobile application reserve+. So far, this opportunity concerns only students or large parents.

According to the Law of Ukraine " Article 23 says that such persons can count on a delay:.

- Persons with disabilities of any group;

-temporarily unsuitable for military service for health reasons (in accordance with the conclusion of the military medical commission);

-military liability, who care for close relatives with disabilities (1st or 2nd group, in some cases-the 3rd group) or elderly if there are no other relatives capable of leaving;

- large parents (three or more children under the age of 18), provided there are no debt on alimony;

- Persons whose close relatives died, participated in hostilities or were recognized as missing during martial law or anti -terrorist operation;

- Civilians who have passed Russian captivity;

- civil servants.

- Students who receive education at a level of higher than existing, as well as teachers and scientists working at least three quarters of the bet.
