According to him, the structural shortage of labor is observed in working specialties and logistics, in particular there are not enough drivers, at the same time in economic, legal specialties or journalism, on the contrary, many were left without work.

“It’s true that we have structural unemployment in our country.. We have an extremely large staff shortage in certain types of activities.. We’re talking about blue-collar jobs, people who actually work in logistics,” said Pendzin.

According to him, the “structural imbalance” is associated with problems in primary and vocational education.

" Moreover, large logistics companies that provide us with petroleum products have even opened driving courses for women,” the expert added.
