It will be warmest in the west, south and center of the country. During the day the temperature will fluctuate between +7…+11 degrees.
It will be especially warm in the western and southern regions, in particular in the Carpathian and in the Crimea, where the temperature will rise to +14... +16 degrees. At the same time, dry weather with a moderate south wind is predicted in Kyiv on January 28. The temperature at night will be +3... +5 degrees, and in the afternoon - up to +8 degrees.
No precipitation is expected on January 28 and 29.
However, this is only temporary warming. From January 31, the temperature will begin to decline, and precipitation is expected in most territories of Ukraine.

In general, according to the Ukrhydrometrt Centor, in the next few days the temperature in the afternoon in the west and southern Ukraine will reach +14... +16 degrees, including in Crimea and Carpathia. In other regions, the temperature will be within +7... +11 degrees. Cloudy with clearings throughout the entire territory, a moderate south wind of 5-10 m/s will blow.
