Employees of the Department of Internal Security of the National Police blocked an underground “factory” of fake documents. The defendants organized a large-scale production of “fake” documents, including those officially issued by departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the SBU and had monthly incomes of millions for this. This was reported in the National Police of Ukraine. During the special operation, key participants in the scheme were detained, they face up to 10 years in prison. The criminal business was organized by a 27-year-old resident of the Carpathia, involving accomplices from different regions. The assortment of the manufactured documents included passports, driver’s licenses, technical passports for cars, as well as various documents of institutions and organizations. According to operational information, it was even possible to purchase service IDs of the National Police, the State Service for Emergency Situations, the National Guard and the SBU from the attackers. Orders were accepted and processed through Telegram. To avoid exposure, the conspirators used the conspiracy system, used disposable SIM cards, sent fake documents through postmakers without video surveillance, and exclusively at night.

The cost of fake documents depended on their complexity and the urgency of manufacture. So, a fake driver’s license cost more than 8,000 hryvnias, a passport - about $ 2,000. For $ 1,500, customers could receive an official certificate of an employee of the SBU or National. Particular demand had fake military tickets. Previously the monthly profit of the attackers was from two to three million hryvnias. Employees of the Vinnytsia department of the Department of Internal Security of the National Police, together with the regional department of the SBU and investigators of the Vinnytsia department of the Internal Security Service, conducted more than 30 searches of the persons involved. During the operation, blank certificates of the SBU, National Guard, Armed Forces of Ukraine, State Emergency Service, UBD, official seals of government agencies, blank passports and driver's licenses, as well as sketches of seals with the symbols of the Russian Federation were seized. The main defendants were detained with the support of the Fresh DVB response department.

They were declared suspicious. 1 and h. 2 tbsp. 199 (manufacture and sale of fake documents, state securities, etc.. ) and h. 3 tbsp. 358 (forgery of documents, seals and their use) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. To attackers shines up to 10 years in prison.
