Dynamo Kiev escaped defeat in the 7th round of the Europa League group stage. Alexander Shovkovsky's team played a draw with Galatasaray at the Rams park in Istanbul - 3:3.
The fight started badly for the Ukrainians. Already in the 6th minute, the guests missed several dangerous attacks, one of which ended in a corner and a goal against Neshcheret.

The second half began with a scandalous episode. Tymchik brought down Yilmaz in his own penalty area, but the chief referee from Estonia, Kristo Tohver, saw a handball by the Turkish footballer, giving him a second yellow card and sending him off the field.
However, after reviewing VAR, the referee revised his decision, canceling the yellow card and awarding a penalty to Neshcheret’s goal. Osimhen scored a penalty kick.
Everything turned around with the introduction of Andrei Yarmolenko in the 46th minute. The veteran of the capital team was able to sign twice in the Muslera goal, snatching a draw. This became the first point scored for the Ukrainian club in the LE season 2024/2025.
