WBC, WBA and WBO heavyweight title holder Alexander Usik spoke about his dreams when he was little.
The Ukrainian champion admitted what he wanted to become before he started boxing.
" I thought I'd be in charge of all the horses on the farm. I will become the chairman of a collective farm in the village.
I then told people in the village that I would have a helicopter, that I would be a very rich man. That I will have a big house and travel.
Then everyone laughed at me. They told me: “The fool is rich in thoughts.”. But I misunderstood this proverb, I continued to dream and now I have everything. I just know that if you work with dedication, love everything that is around you, then everything will work out,” Usik said in an interview with The Ring.
Note that Usik also admitted that he wanted to end his career, but was dissuaded.
