Forecaster Natalya Didenko shared this forecast on Telegram.. “Unless the morning fogs will increase the air humidity,” she wrote.

On Tuesday night she expects an average of -4 to +2, and during the day from +1 to +4 degrees. In the west it will be from +3 to +6, in Crimea up to +9.

In Kyiv on January 21 there will be no precipitation, with a south-east wind of 3-8 meters per second.
