The National Cashback program began in Ukraine last year.. As part of the program, citizens can receive financial compensation in the amount of 10% of the cost of purchased Ukrainian-made goods. But there are times when there is no cashback. Channel 24 explained why this could happen.

Why may “National Cashback” not arrive?.

In particular, problems with accrual are observed not only in stores, but also in pharmacies. Thus, “National Cashback” might not be credited if:.

The cash register of the store where the purchase was made may not have been configured to participate in the program;

the purchased product is not registered in the program (you can check it on the website in the list of manufacturers and products or using a barcode scanner in the “Diya” mobile application);

The “Made in Ukraine” marking on a product is not mandatory and does not guarantee that it is a participant in the National Cashback program;

the seller from whom the purchase was made is not registered in the program (you can check this in the list of sellers on the website to make sure that the store participates in the program);

there was a problem with the terminal.
