During 2024, Ukrainian employers were able to adapt due to the conduct of the war and its consequences, despite the presence of certain crisis trends. This is stated in a study by analysts from OLX Work.

Experts say that now the activity of employers and job seekers shows a positive, moderate growth trend. At the same time, the demand for a number of specialists continues to increase due to an increase in personnel shortages.

Experts have found that the median salary in Ukraine at the end of 2024 is 20 thousand. UAH, but in a number of regions the dynamics are different - in the Kherson region it is now 22 thousand. As for part-time work, most often in this category the most interest was shown in the field of construction, logistics or delivery, as well as in the industries of advertising, design and PR.
