From February 1, 2025, the electricity tariff for Ukrainians will remain unchanged. Household consumers will still pay 4.32 UAH for each kilowatt-hour used. The Ministry of Energy of Ukraine reported this in response to a request from MP Alexey Kucherenko..

According to the department, the electricity tariff for household consumers will remain unchanged at least until April 30, 2025. This is provided for by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 632. The question of possible changes in the cost of electricity after this date remains open.

Now citizens pay 4.32 UAH per kW per hour. The price is constant and does not depend on consumption volumes and is fixed for:.

Consumers who install dual-zone meters can save on electricity bills. For such citizens there is a so-called “night tariff”, so from 23:00 to 07:00 they pay for electricity only 2.16 UAH/kWh. The installation of such a meter pays for itself in five months.

Let us recall that on October 15, people's deputy Vladimir Moroz said that the electricity tariff in Ukraine could rise to 6–7 UAH per kilowatt for the population and 11–12 UAH for business.

Chairman of the Union of Consumers of Utilities Oleg Popenko believes that the price of electricity for the population in 2025 may increase to 6.5–7 hryvnia per kilowatt.
