A maximum pension limit has been set in Ukraine. This figure has remained unchanged this year.. Until 2028, the maximum pension will also remain at the same level.. This is stated in the Budget Declaration for 2025 – 2027.

Now the maximum pension payment is 23,610 hryvnia. The law establishes that the maximum pension cannot be more than 10 subsistence minimums for disabled persons (currently 2,361 hryvnia). This payment includes the basic pension amount, all allowances and additional payments.

An exception to the list of additional payments added to the pension when establishing the maximum pension is an allowance for certain categories of persons who have special services to the Motherland.
