Deprivation of pensions will affect some migrants who received the corresponding status before February 24, 2022. This is stated in article 40 of the budget of Ukraine for 2025.

Funds are not withdrawn from accounts if they are seized or other restrictions apply. However, the Pension Fund will stop paying pensions to some citizens for the following reasons:.

The funds will be “returned” by Oschadbank. We are talking specifically about the balance as of January 1, 2025.

A person can resume payment of a pension. To do this, she must contact the PFU or Oschadbank and submit the appropriate application.

Earlier, the Pension Fund said that pensioners will be able to receive an increased pension from January. However, this does not apply to everyone.
