The Ukrainian national team has decided on the lineups for the men's and women's classic relays as part of the first stage of the 2024/25 Biathlon World Cup season, which is taking place in Kontiolahti, Finland. As Suspilna Sport reports, Ukraine will be represented in the men's relay by Bogdan Tsymbal, Dmitry Pidruchny, Anton Dudchenko and Vitaliy Mandzyn. Elena Gorodnaya, Kristina Dmitrenko, Alexandra Merkushina and Yulia Jima will run the women's relay as part of the Ukrainian team. Both relays will take place on Sunday, December 1st. Men will start at 14:45, and women - at 18:25 Kyiv time. Note that the new season of the Biathlon World Cup started on Saturday, November 30, with single and classical mixed relays at the stage in Kontiolahti.
