A solid milestone for the Ukrainian midfielder.

In the match of the seventh round of the UPL, Donetsk Shakhtar successfully beat the capital Obolon (4:0).

In whose match the player of the “Girniki” Taras Stepanenko took part, for what was the 600th anniversary match at the warehouse of Ukrainian teams in all tournaments on the top level.

Most of their matches 35 Ukrainians played for the Donetsk club - 517, and another 83 were played at the warehouse of Zaporizhzhya Metalurh.

Stepanenko’s first match on the senior level was on February 4, 2007 for Metalurg vs. Dynamo (1:3). For 600 games, he scored 35 goals.

Stepanenko became the third gravitationalist to whom this frontier fell in love. In front of him is teammate Andriy Pyatov – 630 matches and leader Oleksandr Shovkovsky – 730 matches.
