Xherdan Shakiri, who previously lost the MLS representative Chicago Fire, will not be left without the club for long.

As reported by the official website of Basel, the 32-team Swiss signed a three-tier contract with his home club. At the Rotblau warehouse, Djerdan is listed as number 10.

“This makes me proud, and I’m so glad that today I can return to my own place. I am deeply connected with the club and the region from childhood. Like a patient and, especially, like a gravel. I became a footballer myself in Basel and then started my international career.

Now I want to achieve success again from Basel and am impatiently waiting for the moment when I can treat our fans at the stadium,” said Shakiri.

It is worth remembering that Xherdan Shakiri is a member of the Swiss Basel, in the structure of which he went through rocks from 2007 to 2012 before moving to Bayern Munich. In one hour, he played 130 matches, scoring 23 goals and providing 27 assists.
