At the same time, the brother of the deceased, Alexander Bondarenko, stated that “there was mobilization before the death of his brother. My family and I believe that first we need to answer for what we have done, and then mobilize and join the army.”.

Tandyr's lawyer Oleg Yurchenko said after the court hearing that next time he and his client plan to apply to the court with a petition to mobilize the accused.
