“These are pilot projects.. The basic version is in the CNAP: so that a person can come and ask the recruiter all the questions he has about the service: how to join, what vacancies and more,” he noted.

According to him, it will be possible to come several times, and also leave your contacts for communication if at a certain moment there is no vacancy that meets the needs.

“When a vacancy appears, the recruiter will have to find this person in the database, inform him and invite him to a second meeting,” explained Bezhevets.

He noted that after choosing a position, the recruiter must accompany the person during each subsequent stage until entering the military unit.

“Recruiting is a conscious choice of a person. And the agency’s task is to ensure the most transparent and guaranteed processes,” concluded the representative of the Ministry of Defense.
