Two more qualifying matches of the 2024 European Championship have ended at Nimechchina.
As part of the seventh round of the group stage of selection for Euro 2024, Nimechchina had two more fights. The Czech Republic team hosted the Faroe Islands team at the Dusan Arena near Pilsen, and the Belarusian team visited the Swiss team at the Kybunpark stadium near St. Gallen.
The Czechs dominated the first half, firing over 20 shots on the visitors' goal, but still failed to count. In the other half of the team, they needed another match and a penalty to decide to go ahead - the 11-meter goal was converted by the Czech captain, senior Soucek, a goal that would remain with the team.
