Before the transfer ban, FIFA brought in the exgraver Rukha.

Lviv's Rukh stumbled upon a difficult situation through the Dutch minister Lassana Faye. Gravets arrived at the club in 2022, and after the beginning of a large-scale Russian invasion, he voluntarily left his place, reports the official website of the Lviv residents.

Faye also unilaterally terminated the contract with Rukh and went to court. There, he asked to collect compensation from the club in the amount of 316 thousand euros and 5% of the river, as well as to satisfy his other benefits.

The claim of the gravel was often satisfied, although they changed the amount of compensation approximately 13 times - up to 24 thousand euros at 5% of the income. Satisfied with other, unnamed minds, the Faye Chamber of Highest Disputes of the FIFA Football Tribunal vindicated.

The Lviv club announced that the decision to pay the due sum is obligatory. At the same time, Rukh may be able to extract from Faye a negotiated penalty in the amount of 500 thousand dollars for unilaterally breaking the employment contract without good reason.

Sports director of Ruhu Volodymyr Lapitsky says that the club has no other choice other than paying Faye to lift the transfer ban. He also noted that the Lviv residents are actively planning to submit urgent requests to the football player from the very body that made decisions on this matter to this day.

“We believe that now FIFA will not supervise its previous decision, in which it learned that the football player had unilaterally terminated the contract with our club, and would go against the club,” adding Lapitsky.
