The National Museum of the History of Ukraine near the Other Light War, which is located in Kiev, knows the change. It is planned to rename it to the National Museum of War for Independence. This information was given by the General Director of the National Museum of the History of Ukraine at Another World War, Yuriy Savchuk.

For the sake of the museum, the previous meeting of the Vechenoy was already announced, and the decision about the renaming was praised. Now we have a new name - the National Museum of War for Independence.

Following the words of Yuriy Savchuk, the main meta decision is based on the fact that the museum became a place of memory about the heroism of the Ukrainian people during the hour of the current Ukrainian-Russian war, and shoї independence in 1918.

A good report to the museum and a new understanding of this mission led to the decision to change the name. The process of changing the name of the museum will include scientific and legal aspects. The museum has already turned to the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy for information about changing the name. Further, it is planned to go through the singing procedures and the weather with the institutes to nourish the memory and history of the country.

The representative of the museum also said baldly that meta renaming - to make the museum commemorate the current Russian-Ukrainian war and a symbol of national independence. As a matter of fact, the museum collections will be expanded, and the functions of the museum will be expanded, in order to depict the history of Ukraine in the struggle for its independence.
