The State Bureau of Investigation handed over to the management of the National Agency of Ukraine for the Identification of Assets the passenger aircraft AN-140-100, which previously belonged to the director of a civil aviation enterprise, and is now suspected of collaborationism.

As noted in the SBI, after a full-scale Russian invasion, the director of one of the Ukrainian civil aviation enterprises fled to the temporarily occupied Crimea, where he began to cooperate with representatives of the aggressor state. The owner of the aircraft expected that the Russians would seize all the southern and eastern regions of our country and promised the head of the occupying authorities of one of the temporarily occupied regions to transfer the AN-140-100 passenger aircraft, which belongs to his company and is located on the territory controlled by Ukraine.

The entrepreneur also assured that he would agree with business partners on the transfer of three more aircraft of the company, which are located in Russia..

Back in September 2022, at the request of the State Bureau of Investigation, the court arrested the AN-140-100 passenger plane. The businessman was notified in absentia of suspicion of collaboration activities (h. 1 st. 14h. 4 st. 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
