The student must submit a certificate of admission to the university and an application for a deferment. TCC and SP should already officially grant a deferment and make a corresponding note in the military registration document.

What documents must a student have to receive a deferment.

To receive a deferment, a student needs to provide a certificate from the educational institution, a student ID card, if any, and documents confirming the accreditation of the educational institution, if it is, for example, a private educational institution.

So, the student must visit the TCC and the joint venture with the following documents:.

passport;

military ID;

student ID;

certificate of admission to the number of full-time students.

Refusal to defer: what should a student do.

The expert emphasized that if for some unknown reason a student was denied a deferment and was given a summons to join a specific military unit, he should immediately complain to the TCC and the top-level joint venture, in particular, to the regional or Kiev cities of the TCC and joint venture.

“In general, here you need to very clearly defend your position, since after the mobilization of dismissal on this basis, it will actually be impossible.
