As part of a working visit to Japan to participate in the G7 summit, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky met with South Korean leader Yun Seok Yeol. This was reported by the press service of the presidential office.

Zelensky briefed Yoon Seok Yol on the situation at the front and the course of the fight against the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation.

The President of Ukraine thanked South Korea for humanitarian and non-lethal assistance, in particular, for providing demining vehicles and protective equipment, and also expressed hope for continued cooperation.

In addition, the leaders discussed the recent visit of the Ukrainian delegation to South Korea. Zelensky spoke about the high level of organization of the visit and thanked for the attention to the projects presented by the First Lady of Ukraine.

The parties confirmed the agreements reached during the stay of the Ukrainian delegation in South Korea and agreed to exchange visits of delegations.
