A certificate of salary before July 1, 2000 must be provided in two cases:.
if a person after July 1, 2000 received less than five years of insurance experience (then you need to submit a salary certificate to the PFU for any 60 consecutive calendar months of work before July 1, 2000);
at their own request, if during the period of work before July 2000 a person had a highly paid job or worked part-time. Such a certificate is issued by the enterprise, institution or organization where the person worked, on the basis of personal accounts, payment information and other documents on accrued and paid wages.
