How to make payments from SOS "

One family can submit no more than one application (1 person per family is registered). Families who have already participated in the program cannot receive assistance again.

Registration of applications for participation in the cash aid program will last until March 31, 2023.

The amount of financial assistance is UAH 2,200 per family member (parent and children under 18). Payments are made within three months once a month.

What documents are needed to apply for assistance.

List of documents to be submitted by the applicant in electronic form:.

Copy of applicant's passport;

Copy of the applicant's identification code;

Copy of IDP certificate (if available);

A copy of the decision on the creation of the PS / DBST, for guardianship - the decision of the guardianship / guardianship / court;

Copy of children's birth certificate;

A copy of the bank statement or bank application on the details of the applicant's card (IBAN number).

Also, the applicant must write an application and consent to the collection and processing of his personal data and data of children. The originals of the application and consent must be sent to the address of the organization by Nova Poshta.
