pension certificate (original and copy);

certificate of general work experience;

Labor veterans are citizens who worked at enterprises, institutions, organizations, associations of citizens. To obtain the status, upon retirement, you must have the appropriate work experience:.

for women - 35 years;

for men - 40 years.

The status is confirmed by a certificate and gives the person the right to enjoy benefits and receive compensation from the state.

The certificate and badge are issued to labor veterans at their place of residence by labor and social protection authorities, and labor veterans from among the persons specified in the second part of Article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "

When filling out the certificate, the entries “issued by”, “last name, first name, patronymic” are made without abbreviations.

The date of issue is indicated in words. The personal signature of the veteran of labor and his photograph are sealed with the seal of the authority that issued the certificate. Entries in the certificate are certified by the signature of the head of the department (department) of social protection of the population or other body that issued the certificate and sealed.

The certificate and badge are handed over personally to veterans of labor or on behalf of relatives or other persons, for which they sign in the relevant documents. Certificate and badge are issued free of charge.
