Due to the full-scale aggression of the Russian Federation in Ukraine, general mobilization and martial law have been introduced. Men from 18 to 60 years old are subject to mobilization. The Cabinet of Ministers approved the new rules for military registration in Ukraine, enshrined in Resolution No. 1487. What documents do military servicemen need to have for employment.

According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1487 On the approval of the Procedure for organizing and maintaining military records, which provides for the synchronization of the Unified State Register of conscripts, persons liable for military service and reservists with others, when hiring, all men of military age must provide the employer with the documents necessary for maintaining military records.

The expert noted that since the beginning of January 2023, each employer has been maintaining and regularly updating various accounting documents. Among them, for example, there may be lists of personal military records, operational records of TAPs, logs for recording the results of an audit.

Therefore, when hiring, an authorized representative of the employer must check the applicant's military records:.

assigned - for conscripts;

military ID or temporary ID - for those liable for military service;

military ID - for reservists.

For its part, the employer must take a new employee for military registration in the TCC and the joint venture. "

The employer must notify the relevant territorial recruitment centers of the results of employment (dismissal from work) of each employee.
