Thus, citizens of Ukraine who independently raise at least one child under the age of 18 are entitled to a deferment from mobilization if they have one of the following documents:.

mother's death certificate;

or a court decision depriving the mother of parental rights;

or a court decision to take the child away from the mother without depriving him of parental rights;

or a court decision declaring the mother missing;

or a court decision declaring the mother dead.
