“On command from Ukrenergo, consumption limits will be applied only from 16:00 to 20:00: in Kyiv (1233 MW); in the Kyiv region (882 MW) and in the Dnipropetrovsk region (1494 MW),” the company said.

The energy supplier adds that the indicator for the Kyiv region of 882 MW at peak load hours at the current air temperature is 63% of the region's electricity needs, including residential consumers, industry and critical infrastructure.

At the same time, DTEK warned that due to significant damage to the energy infrastructure in the Odessa region, emergency power outages will continue on February 5.
