As reported, today the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court held a hearing on the case of offering a bribe at the scene of an accident.
Trukhin's defense reported that the deputy was allegedly on a business trip until February 12. The next one is scheduled for February 14 in Odessa. At the same time, Trukhin’s lawyer asked not to say where he left, since the business trip, according to him, “is connected with strengthening the country’s defense capability”. The defense also did not provide the corresponding order of the head of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk.
In early January, the deputy accused of corruption did not come to court because he allegedly had coronavirus and was on sick leave.
According to the CPC, VAKS postponed the meeting to 15:00 on February 15.
