Recalculation is made from the 1st day of the month in which the application was received, if the application with the necessary documents is submitted before the 15th day inclusive. And from the 1st of the next month - if they are submitted after the 15th.

It is also noted that the recalculation is carried out on the most favorable terms, that is, either only taking into account the length of service after the appointment (recalculation) of the pension, or taking into account the length of service and wages after the appointment (recalculation) of the pension (par.. 5 h. 4 st. 42 of Law No. 1058).

Will there be an increase in pensions in 2023?

However, as with the indexation of pensions, in 2023 the automatic recalculation of pensions for working pensioners will be carried out in the manner, on the conditions and within the time frame determined by the Cabinet of Ministers..
