There are cases when family income has decreased, and the subsidy was assigned based on old data.. The Pension Fund of Ukraine told what to do in such a situation.
The PFC reminded that when assigning a housing subsidy for payment of housing and communal services from the beginning of the unheated season, household income for the III and IV quarters of the previous calendar year is taken into account, and when assigning a housing subsidy from the beginning of the heating season - for the I and II quarters of the current calendar year.
In the event that a subsidy is granted not from the beginning of the heating (or unheated) season, income is taken for the two quarters preceding the month preceding the month of applying for a housing subsidy.
So, for example, to assign a subsidy for the heating period of 2022-2023, the income for the I and II quarters of 2022 was taken into account for the household.
The recalculation of an already assigned housing subsidy within the established period of its appointment at the request of citizens is carried out in the following cases:.
non-working pensioners, if the pensioner quit his job, and his salary was taken into account in the period for which the housing subsidy was calculated;
persons submitting additional documents to clarify the amount of income, taking into account which the subsidy is assigned;
disabled non-working persons who live alone, by assigning a housing subsidy for overtime housing space.
