The prosecutor asks to apply a measure of restraint in the form of detention to the ex-chairman of the board of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine Andriy Kobolev. Reported by the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office.

Thus, on January 19, a petition was sent to the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court by NABU and approved by the SAPO prosecutor to apply a measure of restraint to Andriy Kobolev in the form of detention with the alternative of making a bail in the amount of UAH 365 million.
