The Ukrainian men's biathlon team has decided on the composition for the European Championship, which will start in Lenzerheide, Switzerland in a week.

The composition of the team in the commentary of Suspilne Sport was named by the head coach of the men's team Juraj Sanitra.

At the continental championship, the Blue-and-Yellows will perform as the strongest squad, with the exception of team captain Dmitry Pidruchny, who continues to recover from surgery.

The European Biathlon Championship will be held from January 23 to 29. The competition program includes individual races, sprint, pursuit, single-mixed and classic mixed relay.

The continental championship will be the last start before the biathlon world championship, which will be hosted from February 6 to 19 by the German Oberhof.

Recall that the next, sixth stage of the 2022/23 Biathlon World Cup season will take place on January 19-22 Antholz-Anterselva (Italy).
