It was reported that Vladimir Zelensky plans to speak live at the UN General Assembly on February 24 - the anniversary of the full-scale invasion of the Russian army into Ukraine. If Zelensky comes to the UN, this will be his second trip outside of Ukraine after a full-scale invasion. On December 21, the President visited Washington to meet with his most important allies in the war against Russia - President Joe Biden and members of Congress, whom he thanked for their support and said that, despite everything, Ukraine is still holding out.

Ukrainian Ambassador to the UN Serhiy Kyslytsya said that the General Assembly has already scheduled a high-level debate on the war on February 23, followed by a ministerial meeting of the Security Council on February 24.
