How can medical workers confirm their right to a preferential pension.

Physicians applying for a preferential pension must confirm their right to it with the following documents:.

You can get a certificate at a medical institution based on primary documents on the nature and working conditions, as well as confirming the employment of a certain employee in a specific job full-time.

It is reported that a preferential pension for doctors is assigned on the basis of the conclusion of attestation of workplaces in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers " No. 442. The conclusion of certification can be counted when calculating preferential pensions within a five-year period from the moment it was carried out, provided that the conditions and nature of work in a medical institution remain unchanged.

If the conditions and nature of work have changed or the institution has ceased to exist, in order to confirm the right to a preferential pension, it is necessary to conduct an extraordinary certification.

The employee must provide documentation confirming hazardous / difficult working conditions during his tenure before August 21, 1992 and the conclusions of the workplace certification if he worked at the same place after August 21, 1992.

What periods of work are counted in the preferential period.

If certification was first conducted before August 21, 1997:.

before the date of issuance of the order in the institution on the results of certification;

over the next five years, if the conditions and nature of work have not changed.

If the certification was first conducted after 21 August 1997:.

until August 21, 1992;

five years before the date of issuance of the order on the results of certification;

over the next five years, subject to constant working conditions.

What documents are required to confirm the preferential experience.

To confirm the length of service with harmful and difficult working conditions, the following documents are submitted:.

work book with properly executed records of positions and periods of work;

extract from the order for certification at the relevant workplace;

clarifying certificate, provided for in paragraph 20 of the Procedure for confirming the existing work experience for the appointment of pensions in the absence of a work book or relevant entries in it, approved by a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated 12. 08. 1993 No. 637, - in the absence of information in the work book that determines the right to a pension by age, preferential conditions.

The work book contains only data on admission / dismissal to a position, but does not have information about the nature and working conditions. Therefore, the medical institution must provide a clarifying certificate in this regard..

The clarification must contain information about:.

time intervals that are counted in the special experience;

professions or jobs;

the nature of the work performed;

section, subdivision, paragraph, name of the lists or their numbers, which include this period of work;

primary regarding reference documentation for the time of work.
