Apartments in Sevastopol are registered to Vasilenko's wife. Moreover, she acquired in 2020 according to the passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation.

At the same time, Yaroslav Vasilenko did not indicate in his declaration that his wife had either Crimean property or Russian citizenship.. Also, the judge's family has real estate in Moscow, which is so undeclared.

Journalists received data on the trips of judge Yaroslav Vasilenko from the Russian border crossing base, where the occupying authorities enter information about everyone entering the peninsula from mainland Ukraine. So the judge visited Crimea several times a year from 2014 to 2021 - a total of 25 times. In total, since the beginning of the occupation, he spent at least 206 days on the peninsula and, judging by his social networks, he rested and had fun there.

Journalists tried to get a comment from Yaroslav Vasilenko, but they have not yet succeeded.
