Ukraine imposed personal sanctions for 10 years against 119 Russian cultural figures and propagandists. The corresponding decree No. 4/2023 on the decision of the National Security and Defense Council was signed by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky on January 7.

Among the participants in the sanctions list: Philip Kirkorov, Irina Allegrova, Larisa Dolina, Grigory Leps, Polina Gagarina, Sergey Lazarev, Dmitry Dyuzhev, Dmitry Kharatyan, Mikhail Galustyan, Evgeny Petrosyan, Nikita Mikhalkov, Leonid Yakubovich, Alexander Dugin, Dmitry Kiselev, Margarita Simonyan,.

Sanctions were also imposed on citizens of Ukraine - TV presenter Zhanna Badoeva and football player Anatoly Tymoshchuk.

Sanctions include:.

restriction of trading operations;

termination of economic and financial obligations;

restriction, partial or complete cessation of the transit of resources, flights and transportation through the territory of Ukraine, as well as a complete ban on the entry of foreign non-military ships and warships into the territorial sea of \u200b\u200bUkraine, its internal waters and ports;

preventing the withdrawal of capital from Ukraine;

termination of the issuance of permits, licenses for import into Ukraine from a foreign state or export from Ukraine of currency values \u200b\u200band restriction of cash withdrawal on payment cards issued by residents of a foreign state;

prohibition on the transfer of technologies and rights to objects of intellectual property rights;

cancellation or suspension of licenses and other permits, the presence of which is a condition for the implementation of a certain type of activity (in particular, the cancellation or suspension of special permits for the use of subsoil);

prohibition on issuing permits, licenses of the National Bank for investments in a foreign state;

a ban on the placement of currency values \u200b\u200bon accounts and deposits in the territory of a foreign state;

prohibition on participation in privatization, lease of state property;

deprivation of state awards of Ukraine and other sanctions that meet the principles of their application established by the current legislation (deprivation of military ranks, special ranks, ranks).

Also today it became known that Zelensky deprived 13 representatives of the UOC-MP of Ukrainian citizenship.
