On January 6, on Christmas Eve, which precedes Christmas according to the Julian calendar, it is customary to cook 12 Lenten dishes. Among them should be kutya, dumplings, as well as a healthy and tasty drink - uzvar.

Prunes - 200 g.

Honey - 200 g.

Raisins - 100 g.

Water - 2 l.

Pears - 200 g.

Apples - 200 g.

Cooking:.

Pour dried fruits for 10 minutes with cool water, rinse.

Add 2 liters of water to the pan, put the pears. Cook on low heat for 20 minutes.

Add prunes, apples and raisins. Cook another 15 minutes.

Bring to a boil, add honey.

Serve chilled on the table.

Dried pears - 100 g.

Dried apples - 100 g.

Dried cherries - 100 g.

Prunes - 60 g.

Raisins - 60 g.

Dried pear - 3 pcs.

Dried fruits - 1/2 tbsp.

Carnation - 5 pcs.

Dry white wine - 1 tbsp.
