The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved for 2023 the volume of quotas of goods, the export of which is subject to licensing. This is evidenced by the data of the promulgated government decree No. 1466 dated December 27, 2022.

The main changes compared to 2022 are the lifting of the ban on the export of buckwheat.

At the same time, by introducing zero quotas, a de facto ban is established in 2023 on the export of the following goods:.

thermal coal;

fuel oil;

natural gas;

fuel wood;

silver;

gold;

scrap of precious metals.

buckwheat;
