Due to the military aggression of the Russian Federation in Ukraine, general mobilization and martial law were extended until February 19, 2023. When booking from mobilization is not considered.

Some proposals of state authorities, other state bodies on booking military servicemen may not be considered by the Ministry of Economy.

In particular, cases where this is possible are indicated in Decree No. 194 and annexes:.

lack of coordination of proposals by the Ministry of Defense;

non-compliance of the submitted Proposals with the form specified in Appendix 1 to the Decree;

lack of data in the corresponding columns of Proposals.

Why can cancel a booking from mobilization.

Booking of persons liable for military service is possible in cases determined by the Decree on certain issues of booking persons liable for military service under the legal regime of martial law.

If there is one of the last three grounds for canceling the deferment from military service during mobilization and wartime, it is carried out by adopting a decision of the Ministry of Economy within one day on the basis of a reasonable presentation of a state authority, another state body and sending a copy of it to the Ministry of Defense, as well as the indicated.

The postponement is canceled in the following cases:.

expiration date;

completion or cancellation of a task for an enterprise, institution, organization to meet the needs of the Armed Forces, other military formations, and the population;

liquidation of a state authority, other state body, company, institution, organization;

dismissal of a person liable for military service from a state authority, other state body, enterprise, institution, organization.
