President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky on Friday, December 23, dismissed the Ambassadors Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of our state to Bulgaria and Latvia, appointing new diplomats to their positions. The relevant decrees were published on the website of the head of Ukraine.
So, according to decrees No. 879 and No. 880, Vitaliy Moskalenko will be replaced by Olesya Ilashchuk as the Ukrainian ambassador in Sofia.
After the dismissal of the Ambassador of Ukraine in Riga, Alexander Mishchenko, Anatoly Kutsevol will take his place. This is stated in Zelensky's decrees No. 881 and No. 882.
