The Pension Fund of Ukraine told what services are subsidized. This was reported in one of the social networks of the PFU.

So, the subsidy can be received for payment:.

housing services - services for the management of an apartment building;

public utilities - services for the supply and distribution of natural gas, the supply and distribution of electrical energy, the supply of thermal energy, hot water, centralized water supply, centralized drainage, household waste management;

subscription services for consumers of utilities, in particular under individual contracts for the provision of utilities, as well as the costs of managing an apartment building and the costs of utilities in such a house (subscription fee for supplying heat energy, hot water supply, centralized supply of cold water);

for the purchase of liquefied gas, solid and liquid heating household fuel.

In addition, the PFC notes that a housing subsidy for payment of housing and communal services, expenses for managing an apartment building is assigned from the month of applying for its appointment until the end of the heating season and is calculated taking into account the duration of the heating season:.

for the unheated season - from May 1 to September 30;

for the heating season - from October 1 to April 30.

“The subsidy for reimbursement of expenses for the purchase of solid fuel and liquefied gas is assigned for a calendar year (payment is made once a year) provided that the household does not receive a utility service for the supply of heat energy for district heating (heat supply) and does not use natural gas or electricity.

As a reminder, from December 1, 2022. in Ukraine, changes began with the appointment, accrual and payment of housing subsidies. These changes will be finalized in January 2023.. We are talking about the transfer of these functions from the bodies of social protection of the population to the bodies of the Pension Fund. The corresponding decision was made by the government in September this year.. There is a staged transfer of these functions.
