Grain is planned to be transferred from the ownership of the State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine joint-stock company. It should be no worse than the third class.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs was instructed to coordinate the issues of delivery and payment with the United Nations, as well as the competent authorities of the two mentioned African countries.

The State Customs Service will have to promptly process the cargo when crossing the border, and the State Border Service will first of all carry out its control.
