In 2023, this will require at least 30 years. This figure will increase until 2028 inclusive:.

from 30 years of experience - in 2023;

from 31 years of experience - in 2024;

from 32 years of experience - in 2025;

from 33 years of experience - in 2026;

from 34 years of experience - in 2027;

from 35 years of experience - in 2028.

Persons with less than 15 years of service will not be able to apply for a pension.. For this category of Ukrainians, only benefits are provided if their income is less than the subsistence level..

What to do if there is not enough insurance experience.

If there is not enough insurance experience for retirement, you can buy it in addition.

The cost of the missing insurance period is calculated by multiplying the minimum unified insurance premium (ESC), the coefficient of the cost of compensation for a one-time payment and the number of months of insurance experience missing for the retirement pension. For one year, the coefficient is 2, for two years - 1.8, for three years - 1.6, for four years - 1.4, for five years - 1.2.

In 2022, additional years of service are worth:.

one year — 34320 UAH;

two years — 61776 UAH;

three years - 82368 UAH;

four years - 96096 UAH;

five years — UAH 102,960.
