Earlier, UEFA announced that they had no objection to holding a match between the national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the team of the aggressor country.
In response to an official request from the Football Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina, representatives of the Union explained that friendly matches do not take place under the auspices of UEFA and are not under its responsibility. In this regard, the national teams are not subject to the restrictions applied to Russia when the country was excluded from UEFA competitions.
In its position, UEFA refers to Article 6 of the FIFA Regulations on the conduct of international matches.
