The Cabinet of Ministers approved the annual report of JSC CB " It was decided that 80% of the bank's profits will be directed to the state budget for the payment of dividends. This is evidenced by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of September 07, 2022. No. 790-r.

According to the said document:.

80% of net profit in the amount of UAH 28.040 billion - to pay dividends to the state budget;

5% of net profit in the amount of UAH 1.753 billion - to the reserve fund;

15% of net profit in the amount of UAH 5.258 billion - to cover the accumulated losses of previous years.

It was reported that in March 2022, PrivatBank fully made an advance transfer to the state budget of UAH 28 billion of annual dividends for 2021.
