Next month in Ukraine, representatives of a number of professions should be registered with the military. As the war continues, a significant proportion of women may fall into the next waves of mobilization. We briefly describe, on the basis of the law on mobilization, which women will have the right to deferment from military service during mobilization.

Women who are not subject to conscription during mobilization:.

unfit for service due to health reasons (severe illness or disability);

who independently care for a child under 18 years of age or for an adult incapacitated person who cannot be helped by anyone else;

who have three or more children under the age of 18 or a child with a disability;

having a minor child (children) and a husband who is doing military service;

whose close relatives died or went missing during the antiterrorist operation;

female workers booked for the period of mobilization and wartime by state authorities and other organizations;

students studying full-time or dual form;

scientific workers and teachers working in educational institutions for at least 0.75 of the rate;

retired from service to the reserve (within six months);

people's deputies of Ukraine, deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea;

employees of military administration bodies (administrative bodies), military units (divisions), enterprises, institutions and organizations of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, the National Guard of Ukraine,;
